First, let me concede that Lisa Murkowski has, so far, taking her loss with a fair amount of class, conceding before all the votes were counted, but knowing that she lost.
Now, let me celebrate another Tea Party truth - the Tea Party is against big spending/big government types of all parties, and Joe Miller's win proves it.
We should also mention that Sarah Palin is the biggest political force on the Right today. She just is. No other right wing politician has the weight of her endorsement.

Fort Knox Trains To Engage Tea Party Members
Patriotpost.us, a right-thinking Internet publication I enjoy reading and recommend to all, got wind of a U S Army exercise that set out the scenario where the Army was deployed against Tea Party protesters.
I encourage you to read the whole background story at http://patriotpost.us/alexander/2010/04/29/army-preps-for-tea-party-terrorists/
The guys at Patriotpost are predisposed to give the military the benefit of the doubt, even those officers that would remain in the United Stated Army under Commander in Chief B. Hussein Obama. As a result of the Patriotpost's desire to be good guys, they withdrew the unclassified Army documents
I do not share the Patriotpost's benefit of the doubt in favor of the Fort Knox officers' corps. This is not a critique of Mark Alexander or the Patriotpost; I simply see things differently than they do.
So, here are the documents Patriotpost removed from its website.
I want these documents to be seen by as many folks as possible so we can understand the lengths to which the Obama Regime will plan to destroy its political enemies, the People of the United States of America.

NY Times Irritation of the Day
Black NYT "reporter" Charles Blow (no relation to Marion Barry) went to the Dallas, Texas Tea Party and wrote his predictable screed "A Mighty Pale Tea."
I wonder if Charles Blow has ever gone to see the line for Section 8 housing handouts or other similar government giveaways. Here is a photo from one in similarly Red-Stated Alabama: http://tinyurl.com/y435lef
And I wonder if Charles Blow wrote an article about the folks who attend government giveaways, would he title his screed "Looks like Black Tea"?
Somehow, I doubt it.

How Participatory Democracy Scares Democrats
As more and more people come to read the liberty destroying portions of the House version of the Obamacare Health Reform bill, the members of the Democrat party are becoming uncomfortable with hearing from their constituents. The whole thing reminds me of an interchange between Count de Monet and King Louis XVI in the Mel Brooks film History of the World Part 1:
Count de Monet: It is said that the people are revolting.
King Louis XVI: You said it! They stink on ice!
Watch the clip on Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TYpYs9GBXwY
Democrats have been participating in rent-a-mob politics for so long they believe any group of people that show up at a political meeting focused on a single issue MUST be organized by some puppet master, just as they play puppet master to their “constituents.” To a Washington liberal, it is beyond the realm of the possible that citizens – of their own volition -- might come to a town hall meeting or other public forum to challenge the permanent political class. The voting/tax-paying class is clearly not politically savvy enough to behave in such an effective manner! Don’t we have our willing sycophants in the mainstream media telling them that this “reform” is good for the children?!?
The reaction of the Democrat political class is at once laughable, predictable, and hypocritical. When a Bush was president, it was “patriotic” to “speak truth to power.” Now that Obama is in the White House, Senator Boxer says that “organized groups" are planning to "harm our President!” With AIG execs were being paid pursuant to their contract, liberals bussed agitators into the neighborhoods to stand on their front lawns. When Conservatives show up to voice opposition to an unconstitutional Federal power-grab, they are called “well-dressed Nazis” or “racists”, or more likely, both.
Even the White House is behaving like a Chicago thug, issuing a video clip calling accurate quotes from Barak Obama about ridding the nation of private insurance “fishy” and a “distortion.”
The direct quote from Barak Obama was as follows: ““I happen to be a proponent of a single payer universal health care program. I see no reason why the United States of America, the wealthiest country in the history of the world, spending 14 percent of its Gross National Product on health care cannot provide basic health insurance to everybody. And that’s what Jim is talking about when he says everybody in, nobody out. A single payer health care plan, a universal health care plan. And that’s what I’d like to see. But as all of you know, we may not get there immediately. Because first we have to take back the White House, we have to take back the Senate, and we have to take back the House.”
Clearly, this is at odds with both what Obama is saying about “choosing” your insurance, and at odds with the terms of the House bill Obama is pushing. But, apparently believing Obama means what he says and says what he means is a “distortion.”
Additionally, the White House, through Macon Phillips, the director of new media for Mr. Obama, also issued the following request for snitches: “Since we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. If you get an e-mail or see something on the Web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov.”
Most hypercritical of all is that while Obama’s political allies are accusing some shadowy group of Republicans and evil insurance companies of paying people to show up to voice their displeasure at the unconstitutional Federal healthcare power grab, Obama is sending out emails to his ACORN buddies to get ready to mobilize to support Socialism.
What follows is an email to his activists sent by Barak Obama. I’ve included the whole thing so I cannot be accused of a distortion.

This is the moment our movement was built for.
For one month, the fight for health insurance reform leaves the backrooms of Washington, D.C., and returns to communities across America. Throughout August, members of Congress are back home, where the hands they shake and the voices they hear will not belong to lobbyists, but to people like you.
Home is where we’re strongest. We didn’t win last year’s election together at a committee hearing in D.C. We won it on the doorsteps and the phone lines, at the softball games and the town meetings, and in every part of this great country where people gather to talk about what matters most. And if you’re willing to step up once again, that’s exactly where we’re going to win this historic campaign for the guaranteed, affordable health insurance that every American deserves.
There are those who profit from the status quo, or see this debate as a political game, and they will stop at nothing to block reform. They are filling the airwaves and the internet with outrageous falsehoods to scare people into opposing change. And some people, not surprisingly, are getting pretty nervous. So we’ve got to get out there, fight lies with truth, and set the record straight.
That’s why Organizing for America is putting together thousands of events this month where you can reach out to neighbors, show your support, and make certain your members of Congress know that you’re counting on them to act.
But these canvasses, town halls, and gatherings only make a difference if you turn up to knock on doors, share your views, and show your support. So here’s what I need from you:
Can you commit to join at least one event in your community this month?
In politics, there’s a rule that says when you ask people to get involved, always tell them it’ll be easy. Well, let’s be honest here: Passing comprehensive health insurance reform will not be easy. Every President since Harry Truman has talked about it, and the most powerful and experienced lobbyists in Washington stand in the way.
But every day we don’t act, Americans watch their premiums rise three times faster than wages, small businesses and families are pushed towards bankruptcy, and 14,000 people lose their coverage entirely. The cost of inaction is simply too much for the people of this nation to bear.
So yes, fixing this crisis will not be easy. Our opponents will attack us every day for daring to try. It will require time, and hard work, and there will be days when we don’t know if we have anything more to give. But there comes a moment when we all have to choose between doing what’s easy, and doing what’s right.
This is one of those times. And moments like this are what this movement was built for. So, are you ready?
Please commit now to taking at least one action in your community this month to build support for health insurance reform.
Let’s seize this moment and win this historic victory for our economy, our health and our families.
Thank you,
President Barack Obama

You know, this email from President Barak Obama looks fishy to me. I think I will send this on to the White House.
When a community organizer objects when a community organizes in opposition to his policies, that is pure, naked, unadulterated liberal hypocrisy --particularly when he is in fact organizing to support himself.
Obama has given marching orders to his ACORN minions and his Ministry of Truth lackeys Linda Douglass and Macon Phillips. Contrast that with Conservatives, who are independent, self-motivated, and aware. Conservatives do not need marching orders, trinkets, or payments to make their voices heard. The Tea Party Movement lives on. Liberty may yet be rescued. If not, the nation will surely fail.

Reflections upon the Notion of American Independence
I’ve spent a fair part of this month - the month in which we Americans celebrate Independence Day - thinking about the meaning of Independence. I am struck by the irony of celebrating a national holiday commemorating cutting the ties of dependency upon a government while at the same time laboring under a Presidency and Congress leading the nation toward greater government dependence, even subjugation, of its people.
Independence is what is celebrated in this Nation, and with good cause. We have no national Dependence Day celebration.
Independence Day does not celebrate the mere notion of being independent. Independence Day celebrates the act of declaring our Independence. Independence in the United States is not just an ideal, a philosophy, a goal – it is our national birthright. The act itself founded a confederation of independent states.
Independence is not a death rattle, it is the cry of life! Independence has been the goal of self-conscious humans since humans achieved self-consciousness. Hundreds of Thousands of Americans have lost their very life and all they own in the pursuit and preservation of Independence, and with it, Liberty and Opportunity.
The pursuit of Independence is what fueled the rush of immigrants to this nation. The pilgrims were pursing Liberty from oppression. Later waves of immigrants were pursuing Opportunity – Enterprise – a better life for themselves and their descendants.
Government dependency is antithetical to Independence. Statism is antithetical to Independence. Blame shifting is antithetical to Independence. Failing to speak out against a power hungry, all-powerful central government is antithetical to Independence.
Where are our Patriots today? Where are the successors of Jefferson, Franklin, Washington, Madison, and Adams in our government? Where are the successors of Thomas Payne in the press? Where are the successors of Samuel Adams in the grassroots?
Whither courage? Whither conviction? Whither truth? Whither self-reliance? Whither our frontier spirit? Whither the United States.
A government which seeks to make slaves of its people is no successor of our Founders. Such a government – such men and women -- cannot legitimately govern a free nation founded in Independence.
This nation has never celebrated or feted those who would not or cannot do for themselves. They are pitied, and with good cause. Not because their lives are valueless, but because their independence is lost.
Socialism is slavery. A government that issues intrusive decrees is a tyranny.

Obama Proposes Out of Control Spending - Again
“We can no longer afford to spend as if deficits don't matter and waste is not our problem. We can no longer afford to leave the hard choices for the next budget, the next administration -- or the next generation" B. Hussein Obama said as he proposed a wasteful $3,400,000,000,000.00 budget that explodes the deficit, makes no hard choices, and puts the debt burden squarely on the next generation.
But Obama wants credit as a budget trimmer for proposing cuts to certain programs that amount to one half of one percent (0.5%) of his budget. By comparison, if you were buying a $34,000 car, you would be asking the dealer for $170 off to “seal the deal.” What a joke!
By comparison, George Bush’s last budget proposed twice the amount for savings, and still kept the F-22 and a new fleet of Marine One helicopters in the budget.
The mainstream media will tell you that this budget costs “every American” $11,500. NOT! Not every American pays taxes. This budget will cost the average taxpayer about $24,000.00 in direct and indirect taxes, with “the rich” being hit for the top 85% of the revenue generation.
While more than half of all Americans pay no income tax at all, each of them still get hit with the indirect tax portion of about $10,000.00 a year.
The Tea Parties must continue to push the message that this Obama Administration wants a government that is too big, too socialist, and unconstitutional in scope.

Capitalism's Destruction Imminent
Redwarning was established to warn the American public of the coming wave of Socialist/Statist policies which were sure to come from the presidential election of 2008. I am not surprised with the speed and scope that Barak Hussein Obama has moved to place a stunning amount of the United States economy effectively under government control. I am surprised at how deluded the American public remains about Obama’s actual plans.
Barak Hussein Obama is a sociopathic narcissist who believes he was put in the White House to transform the nation. Transformation is not a modification; Obama is not content to be a good keeper of the nation. To transform the nation into his image, he must start with destroying the existing national order. The existing national order was republican form of government and a capitalist economy. Obama is methodically setting out to destroy the capitalist economy first. Can the over attacks on the republican form of government be far behind?
This past week, the Barak Hussein Obama has made it most dramatic grab for the control and destruction of capitalism. Barak Hussein Obama wishes to convert the preferred stock the Bush administration forced banks to issue in exchange for TARP funding for voting, controlling common shares. To kill capitalism, Obama must control the capital. To do this, he must control the banks. To control the banks, he must control the voting shares of the banks. To obtain the voting shares, he must trump up a reason to do so.
There is a reason by which the federal government may take control of a bank, namely, during a bank failure when the bank is insured by the FDIC or a similar program, and the government cannot find another health bank to buy or assume the failing bank. This is only in the case of an actual bank failure. Of course, in such an event where no merger partner can be found, the federal government undertakes to pay off the depositors and wind up the bank. At the end of the process, the federal government does not control and run a commercial bank.
What Obama is suggesting is different. The large, meaningful banks that have received TARP money are not failing. Many seek to repay TARP now to redeem the preferred shares and get the government out of the boardroom and back to a regulatory scheme.
Obama and Treasury Secretary Timmah! Geithner are afraid to lose control over the banks. Obama and Geithner have now invented a series of heretofore unknown and unpublished “stress tests” to determine, based on their own unpublished standards, whether banks are “sustainable” without a continued infusion of TARP money. The stress tests are a fiction designed to make the banks fail.
When the large commercial banks “fail” these stress tests, Obama and Geithner will declare that they need more capital, and will force the banks to take more TARP money in exchange for turning over control and ownership of the bank to the US Government through the conversion of the preferred stock to common voting stock.
I predict Bank of America and Citigroup will both be told that they are undercapitalized as a result of these “stress tests.”
Not even notorious Enron advisor and left wing economist Paul Krugman can see a benefit to the taxpayers of changing the preferred stock to common stock. In his April 20th blog post, Krugman writes “[C]onverting preferred into common does nothing: it’s just a swap among the junior stuff, with no impact further up the line. It’s certainly not a fresh infusion of capital in any meaningful sense. So who is supposed to be fooled by this?”
At least Krugman has the intellectual honestly to admit that there is no benefit the taxpayers or the banks to the conversion of the preferred stock. What the leftist Krugman takes pains in his blog to NOT point out, is that common stock is voting stock that permits the government to own and control – Socialize -- the banks.
Obama is on a long march to Socialist centralized control of the US economy. The banks and auto manufacturers are first. The medical industry is next, and no one is safe from the march of the reds in Washington. The Tea Party patriots better man up for a fight.

It is April 15th -- Tea Party Tax Protest Day!
"Today is the last day for filing income tax returns -- a day that reminds us that taxpayers pay too much of their earnings to the Federal Government. ... While April 15 serves as a reminder, the people of the United States truly do not need to be reminded. They are victims of inflation, which pushes them into higher tax brackets. They are robbed daily of a better standard of living. They are discouraged from work and investment. ... The choice before us is clear. I strongly feel that the great majority of Americans believe that nothing would better encourage economic growth than leaving more money in the hands of the people who earn it. It's time to stop stripping bare the productive citizens of America and funneling their hard-earned income into the Federal bureaucracy." --Ronald Reagan
Today is the day that government demands its pound of flesh.
And today is the day you can do something about out of control government. Please attend your local Tax Day Tea Party. Stand up as our Founders stood up. Stand up and support what our Founders supported. The Founders all supported limited government, but it seems only Conservatives do today.
Support for limited government does not simply mean opposing unnecessary and unconstitutional spending. It also means that Conservatives support the rights of the individual and the several States against the encroachment upon their rights by the federal government. It also means keeping a check on the ability of the federal government to coerce individuals and the several States to behave in a way which is in contravention to their rights. Mostly, it means Conservatives must constantly remind themselves, and the federal government, that whatever power the federal government does enjoy, it enjoys by the consent of the people, which consent may be withdrawn at any time. Rights do not flow from the government down, instead, the power to infringe upon individual rights flows down from individuals and State governments to the federal government.
Today is a good day to remind the federal government of this truth!

Rights do not flow from the government down, instead, the power to infringe upon individual rights flows down from individuals and State governments to the federal government.
Today is a good day to remind the federal government of this truth!

Homeland Security is Watching You!
Obama's Department of Homeland Security officially declares the signers of the Declaration of Independence, the Authors of the Bill of Rights, and opposers of his "historic" presidency "Rightwing Extremists".
I downloaded the document from the Washington Times website.
Issued by the DHS just in time for the Tax Day Teaparties. The document says that federal intelligence and law enforcement personnel "will be working with its state and local partners over the next several months" to gather information on "rightwing extremist activity in the United States."
The document's definition of Rightwing extremism includes pro-life groups, immigration law enforcement supporters, supporters of Constitutional limits to federal government authority over states, firearm owners, and returning military veterans.
I am reminded of Barry Goldwater's quote: "I would remind you that extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice!" I will have a more in-depth post on this document later.
The entire document can be viewed here http://www.thelibertypapers.org/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/hsa-rightwing-extremism-09-04-07.pdf
